Let's Start : Country Beurs Day I

 

 

As you all know we have a fair this week and today it was the first day we were aloud in the expo of Gent  to start setting up all our stuff. The first day is always very stressy because that's the only day you are aloud in with your car so which means it looks like a highway in the expo, everyone wants to drive in and out, cars get blocked and people get frustrated but once you have all your stuff inside, it's time to calm down and start organizing. It's our fourth time at this fair so we became pro's compared to our first year, we had everything nicely organized and we knew where all the furniture had to be so that was a piece of cake! Then we had to start decorating our little stand which is the fun and exciting part, after a whole day of decorating and swichting things for here to there we were pretty pleased with the way it looked all together! We have to go back tomorrow for some finishing touches because thursday it's the kick-off! I am so thrilled with all the work we did and I can't wait to start the fair!!

De Prestige

 

 

It's been so busy this weekend with the fair we have to prepare and in the shop it was really busy as well with the new christmasdecoration, so not a lot of time to do fun things but my boyfriend and I found the time to have a delicious breakfast at the Prestige. It's a really beautiful place with some vintage details and vintage plates & cups, I really love to go somewhere where they put a lot of effort into the decoration and into the details because that just makes it's cosy and romantic. The breakfast itself was just delicious!!

Tomorrow it's the start of a very very busy week. First we are going to start building up our stand for the fair then my sister and I need to get back to Bruges because they are going to shoot a little video in our shop because we sponsor the local basketballteam of Oostkamp and that's going to be the promovideo. Wednesday we are going to do the finishing touches at the fair and at 6PM we need to be at the Jan Breydel Stadion because my family are huge Cercle Brugge supporters and Cercle is playing against my boyfriend team, Beerschot AC, so my brother and I are going to give the kick-off on the field. I am going to be really nervous because I want my boyfriend to play an amazing game and win but Cercle really needs the points so I also want them to win! Thursday it's another kick-off, The Kick-off from the fair, It's called the Coutry Side and I am really excited for it!! The fair ends Sunday so busy busy week. I really hope I can keep you guys posted!!

The Lili&Martha Stock

 

 

When you own a shop you need a lot of space to put your stock and to put the things that are coming in for next season. Our stock is really big and still we don't have place to put everything neat and now it's even a bigger mess because it's christmas in the shop and we are preparing for our fair next week in Gent. So my mum, Elisabeth and I decided to start and put all the things we want to take to the fair in boxes! To be honest I am so excited for the fair that I can't wait for next week to get it started!!
