I love those vintage looking, little decorations to create a small decorative corner with, so I was really happy to find this little bottle with a vintage cat print. I decorated it with a really cute, girly box which has a gorgeous print, some fresh flowers and a photo frame. For me those little decorative corners really make a house your own home and it's so much fun to change and create little corners again and again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



Little Miss Lucie.

 

 

Wauw, this is blogpost number 200 already, time's really moving fast!!

For this special blogpost I want to introduce you to the newest member of our family, Little Miss Lucie, remeber when I told you guys that when we went to brussels for the store we made a very exciting stop on our way home well that stop was all about Lucie! As you can probably see in the pictures, I have a new puppy called Lucie, she's a toy yorkshire and about 11 weeks old. Now Mathilde has a 'play buddy' and I just couldn't resist the cuteness. This little monster has won everyone over in a heartbeat, Welcome to the family, Lucie!

A Little Bar.

 

 

As you could read in one of my previous posts I love to have my own bar cart at home but I can't find the perfect table to start with so I decided to make a little 'bar' on my coffee table. I took a vintage looking grey,silver tray (3) , two glass carafes (1), two glasses (2) and to have some colour a cool glass with some colourful straws (4).

 

I really like this vintage looking tray, it has so many little details and it also has that mirror effect.

 

The two glasses have a really cool 'print' engraved in the glass for that special look.

 

The two carefes with a really cool relief added to the tray.

 

 

 

I always need colour when I make little corners so I used these really fun straws to mix and match.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I really wanted the drinks in the carafes the be colourful so I chose pisang and strawberry daiquirie.

NailPolish.

 

 

I have this obsession for buying all kinds of nailpolishes so it was time to tidy up and throw away all the ones that are not being used anymore. After selecting my favourite ones I had the idea to actually use my nailpolishes as a decoration for my dressing table in my bedroom. The only thing you need are one or two ( I like everything to be equal) big glass cloches and you just fill them up with all your nailpolishes and decorate them on your dressing table.

 

 

One of my favourite beauty stores is Kiko, my mum and sister discovered it in Sienna, Italy and they had brought me a huge bag full of amazing beauty stuff and I was immediately addicted to it, so now we don't have to travel to Italy anymore for some Kiko stuff because they have a store in Lille, France and that's only an hour away!

 

 

 

 

I took two glass cloches from the same height but with a different print to mix things up a bit.

 

 

 

I decorated the dressing table with, ofcourse, the two cloches filled with my nailpolishes, a zara home candle, my favourite parfum from Annick Goutal and two adorable Sonny Angels.
