For the first time I was happy it was raining because I could finally use my new Mary Poppins umbrella, we ordered them some weeks ago for the store and they delivered them just in time for the rain. One of my favourite new items for the summer is this sleeveless jeans jacket, when I was young my mother always made me wear jackets like these and she would put all kinds of Disney buttons on it to make it look 'cool' so I decided to follow the tradition and pin two vintage buttons on my new jacket.

Pip Teapot.
One of my fabourite brands in my store is Pip Studio, it's a really colourful brand that makes dinnerware, towels and bedding. One of the themes they created for the dinnerware is called Lovely Birds, it's full of pink and red, very romantic and the eye catcher is the bird that comes back in every mug, plate and bowl. I bought the big teapot for my home but I don't really use it as one, I love using it as a vase to put some fresh roses in it. In one of my previous blogposts I told you about the side table and how you can always make it look different, this time I decorated it with my Pip teapot with some fresh roses in it, a Comptoir de Famille candle, an old family picture and some of my favourite books.

Greengate.
When we drove back from the Bourgogne we actually had a quick stop in Arras, the representative of Belgium for Orval and Mathilde M has her own store there and we really wanted to check it out. It was a gorgeous store and my favourite part was the kitchen area and especially Greengate, we always wanted to have that brand in our store but another shop in Bruges already has it, I bought a cute little vase, some bowls and some mugs. My favourite collection is the one with the roses and the doves, I matched them with some real roses and a vintage metal board.

To Be or Not To Be.
Six simple words that everyone knows by heart written by the legendary William Shakespeare, I don't think he ever thought that those words would end up printed on tshirts in 2013 in hot pink letters! I bought this tshirt some time ago in Eindhoven and the shirt itself is really long so I matched it with a studded, cut off short and a hot pink jacket. Being in my hot pink mood I wore snakeskin look alike ballerinas with a hot pink bow and a colourful snakeskin clutch.

Cluny Part II
When we checked the weather report for the Bourgogne before we left they had announced that it would be around 15 degrees but when we were there it was at least 22 degrees and I had only packed trousers so I decided to wear my new white, lace dress I bought in Lyon but I didn't really have the right shoes with me but I actually kind of liked my hot pink vans under the girly dress and with my Céline bag it looked kinda cool. Walking further and further in this cute village we found a really nice church and some typical country houses.
