Raspberry Blueberry Waffles

This waffle recipe is my mum's classic normally she makes it with apples but I gave it a little twist by using raspberries and blueberries. Let's take a paper and write down all the ingredients we need :

* 500gr of flower
*300gr of normal sugar
* 350gr of Butter
* Two teaspoons of baking powder
* Three packages of Vanilla sugar
* Four or Five eggs
* 500g of Raspberries & Blueberries

You can start by putting your butter in the microwave and let it melt, while the butter is in the microwave you can mix the flower, the baking powder and the vanilla Sugar in one big bowl.

After mixing those ingredients you can make a small pit in the middle and add the scrambled eggs and butter ( I actually forgot to scramble the eggs first before putting them in but I got the same result in the end :)).

After adding the eggs and butter you can mix everything really good and add the raspberries and blueberries

Now that the batter is done we can start baking those waffles

Banana Chocolate Milkshake.

This wednesday my niece was staying with us so we decided to make milkshakes, first we were going to make just simple banana milkshakes but while we were looking trough the recipe book we found this banana chocolate milkshake and who doens't like chocolate?
You don't need a lot of ingredients to make a milkshake but here's the grocery list :

* Three ripe bananas
* 250 ml of Chocolate Milk
*Two scoops of chocolate ice cream

First you have to peel the bananas and cute them into pieces then throw them in your blender

Add the chocolate milk and start blending everything until you have a smooth texture

When you have that smooth texture add the two scoops of ice cream and start blending again until it's smooth again.

Pour the milkshake into a cool glass, add a cute straw and enjoy!!

AppleCake.

When my mum invites people to have dinner at the family home, I'm always the one who's in charge of the dessert and this time I didn't have a lot of time so I made the granny's applecake so let's start with our grocery list :

* An applecake mix, we used the one from granny's
* 125G Butter
* 3 Eggs
* 750G Apples
* Cinnamon and 2 sachets of vanilla Sugar

Let's start baking, first we have to peel the apples and cut them into 5-6 segments then we have to sprinkle them with the vanilla and the cinnamon for the taste. While you're working on the apples you have to preheat the oven on 175 degrees.

After all the above you have to whisk and cream the butter at a low setting then you add the eggs and apple mix, blend everything well together and whisk for 2 minutes at the highest setting.

Spoon the batter into the tin and smooth over, place the apples on top and make sure they don't touch the tin. Place the tin in the oven and wait for 55 minutes, take it out and enjoy the warm applepie or let it cool down. Bon Appetit.

Raspberry Cakes.

For our first Recipe Post we took a very easy recipe and added just a little twist. We're going to make some normal vanilla cakes but just right before the batter goes into the oven we're gonna add some raspberries so take a piece of paper and write down the ingredients :

*230G Soft Butter
*230G Crystal Sugar
*230G self-raising flour
*1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
*1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
* 18 Raspberries
and 4 eggs

Before we start we need to preheat the oven on 175°c and then we just need to throw all the ingredients in one big bowl and mix them for 2-3 minutes.

 While one is mixing the batter the other one can start by placing all the cake cases on the tray so that when the batter is finished we can immediately fill the cases.

When all the cases are filled the only thing left to do is to  place one raspberry into the batter of each cake case and then they can go straight into the oven for 20 minutes.

After those 20 minutes we can take out all of our cakes and let them cool of for 5 minutes before we start to decorate them.
