One of the reasons that I love to go on holiday around christmas is because every city is decorated so beautifully with all kinds of lights and a gorgeous christmastree! The huge christmastree in milano was at the Piazza Duomo and when you looked up in the middle of the Galleria you could see pretty blue lights and all over the city you had all kinds of christmas lights.
On our first night in Milano we had a fantastic dinner at the Savini where you can sit upstairs with an amazing view of the famous Galleria, it's a really romantic place and the food is just delicious! The second night we did it like all the italians do and we sat outside to eat a pizza at a very cosy restaurant in the middle of the Vitorio Emanuele Street!
This picture of the Savini is actually taken in the daylight so you can see that the lights aren't burning on the first floor
